Caring is part of who we are, and we are responsible to make a difference in the lives of patients and in our local communities. Through our giving program, Janssen encourages employee volunteerism and contributes to non-profit organizations that help patients facing serious diseases and the communities in which we live and work.
Charitable contributions from Janssen support therapeutic area-specific programs as well as local community programs. Applications are evaluated competitively with emphasis given to innovative programs that address disparities or unmet needs and that have measureable outcomes.
